STORY: My First Tagalog Short Story 1

For Filipino class, we were required to write our own short story (among many others in the list of to do's which includes a poem, a slogan, a manifesto, etc.) and I felt the weight of the activity as soon as my professor announced it. I am no short story writer. I do love to write but like all writers (I presume), we have our turfs and story writing is definitely not mine.

I'm happy to share though that my first attempt isn't a total fail, or isn't a fail at all! I actually liked the story I came up with (which is loosely based on my life) however, the ending is a complete disaster! Since deadline was nearing I had no choice but to abruptly conclude my developing story.

Anyway, I'll just let you decide. Here is PART 1.

Blanko.
